The surface must be dry and free from oil, grease, dust, adhering contaminants, and rust. Optimal substrate preparation is achieved by sandblasting. The optimal working conditions are at room temperature (20°C).
Shake for approximately 2 minutes after the mixing balls begin to rattle audibly and vigorously. Based on our experience, a coating thickness of 60–80 μm is sufficient for optimal corrosion protection. After 320 hours, a salt spray test on a dry film thickness of 60–80 μm showed no infiltration.
Apply the coating from a distance of 20–25 cm. To achieve the recommended film thickness, two coats should be applied. Once the first coat is completely dry, the second coat can be applied.
