Applications

  • The surface must be dry, clean, and free from dust, grease, and oil.
  • Shake the aerosol well before use.
  • Spray from a distance of approximately 20–30 cm.

When used for welding applications, it is essential to ensure that the product is supplied with flammable propellant gases.

For parts requiring subsequent treatment (e.g., painting), the silicone-free active ingredient eliminates the need for costly degreasing.

Scope of application

The release agent was primarily developed for use in the plastics industry. It facilitates the release of molded parts made from thermoplastics and thermosetting plastics. It also facilitates the cleaning of injection molds.The release agent can also be used in various welding processes and prevents welding beads from adhering to the workpiece without affecting weld quality. Post-treatment to remove welding residues using a spatula, chisel, or similar tool is unnecessary.The release agent is also highly suitable as an assembly aid for pipe fittings.
