Use and apply as a conventional grease. Check compatibility before mixing with sodium- or bentonite-based greases.
Winkel H1 Food-Grade Grease (159446) is a transparent, non-toxic food-grade grease with very high adhesion and a high content of solid particles. Its powerful additive complex prevents wear, corrosion, and water ingress. Its properties remain unchanged even after exposure to water. The solid particles have an extremely low coefficient of friction and are completely inert.
It reduces damage caused by metal-to-metal contact following lubricant film breakdown in your application. It therefore reduces wear, pitting, and stick-slip. Enhanced EP properties are provided by the solid particles.
